This Pan Borneo was on the BN drawing board some forty years ago. I was there during the launching of it on portion between Miri and Bintulu because crude oil and gas were found between these two town. Until today, we are still experience fatigue travelling between these two oil and gas cities let alone travelling by land from Kuching to Miri. Certainly, not for the weak heart. It is hope that New PH administration will do much a better job and expedite the project in a timely and safe manner for all road users! Thumb up up to PH government to deliver what the people expect of this long delayed pan borneo and on top of it an additional provision to construct a bypass link to avoid entry to Brunei where the connectivity between Sabah and Sarawak would be a reality. We must support Baru Bian of his effort to lobby for such an allocation and get approval from federal whereby BN in the last half a century has failed miserably.
